LeAnne Kohlmeier, MSN, APRN, FNP-C originally from Wisconsin, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating magna cum laude She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. After working as a Registered Nurse for several years, she decided to pursue a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She received her FNP from South University, graduating with honorable distinction. Prior to joining Dynamic Health, she has worked in multiple health care settings and diverse medical specialties. Some of her practice specialties include (but not limited to) orthopedics, pain management, behavioral health, hormone replacement therapy, functional and integrative health, and wellness. LeAnne believes in treating her patients as a whole person and incorporates the patient centered approach to medicine which focuses on the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and social health of each patient to improve their quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with her children and rescue pets.
