7 Tips To Help You Start Losing Weight

  2. Pencil yourself in
    Many of us like to say we’re too busy to exercise. If that’s your regular excuse, you’ll have no excuse when you work yourself into your own calendar. That’s right—make a date with yourself, whether it’s with a pencil and paper or by setting an alarm on your electronic calendar, right next to work and other obligations.
